The TC Brew Bus crew let us know a few of their favorites that they recommend you visit on your next trip to TC! This quaint French Bistro serves up breakfast, brunch, lunch and weekend bistro dinners.
RECOMMENDATION: If Soft-shell Crab Eggs Benedict is available, it’s a must order! Arrive early to avoid a long wait time and keep your group size to 4 as there is limited seating.
The new kid on the block (Opened Late June 2017) is the breakfast only, locally focused, Sugar 2 Salt.
RECOMMENDATION: Homemade is the name of the game here and they make scones that you cannot stop eating. Order at least 2 and a few to go!
Known for everything pork, they serve up breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
RECOMMENDATION: Get their take on a Surf & Turf. Fried oyster, pork belly, red hot vinaigrette, poached egg, and corn bread!
Serving up a locally focused menu filled with worldly classics and fusion tacos.
RECOMMENDATION: Get the Smoked Pork Chop & Grits for a new take on a classic or try something from across the oceans like the Bibimbap, a Korean rice bowl!
If you’re looking for a classic Sunday brunch buffet, this is your place. Brunch is served on Sunday from 9 am – 2 pm. $24.95 for adults, $14.95 for children 6-11 and kids 5 and under eat free. Includes coffee, tea, juice, and soft drinks.
RECOMMENDATION: Get a seat near the window and enjoy the sun rise over Traverse City’s West Bay.
Located inside the historic Grand Traverse Commons, a renovated mental hospital, Red Spire is serving up breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
RECOMMENDATION: Red Velvet Pancakes with Cream Cheese topping will change your life.
A not-so hidden gem of Traverse City is the tiny breakfast spot known for it’s Ruben sandwich and coffee so strong you’ll only need one cup for the week.
RECOMMENDATION: The restaurant only seats about 6-8 people, so this is something for couples only, but well worth the visit.
