We offer tours at 11am and 4pm for most Saturdays. If you would like to change the time slightly, feel free to reach out to us and see if it’s available!

With TC Brew Bus, we take most of the hassle off of your shoulders! We pick-up and drop-off at your location, assist in making your itinerary and make your reservations.
Typically during a four hour tour we can stop at three locations. If you would like to add on time it’s $150 per hour.
We allow beer, wine, seltzer and cider! No hard liquor is allowed.
Anyone can ride, assuming they or their parent/guardian signs the safety waiver prior to boarding. HOWEVER, if any riders are under the age of 21, ANY alcohol is NOT allowed on the bus. All riders must be over age 21 to have beer and wine present and consumed on board. IF ANY RIDERS ARE UNDER AGE 18, a parent must accompany them.
TC Brew Bus will pick you up from your location, anywhere in the Traverse City area. There is also an option to add-on additional mileage if you need.
Each tour lasts four(4) hours with the option to add more time a la carte.
If you must cancel your trip for any reason, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled trip in order to cancel your bus reservation. Notification of less than 30 days will result in the forfeiture of your deposit(s). Full payment is due at least 14 days before your tour date. Under 14 days notice there is no refund and you will be charged in full for the tour.
If weather prohibits your tour, and WE cancel, you receive a full refund. If you cancel due to weather you can receive a credit for a future tour for the same value.
Your tour includes 50 miles round trip. If the tour is over 50 miles additional charges will be charged, per bus:
0-50 miles: included
51-100 miles: $75 extra fee
101-150 miles: $150 extra fee
150+: quoted based on route
Any tours that end after 10pm will automatically be charged 20% on credit card if they are not tipped cash by the end of the tour. This guarantees our drivers are taken care of properly for staying out so late, we hope you understand!
TC BREW BUS, LLC
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY AND PASSENGER COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
TC Brew Bus, LLC maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any impairing
substance by drivers while operating a company vehicle or while otherwise on duty providing transportation
services.
– Drivers are prohibited from using or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs while providing
transportation services.
– Drivers are prohibited from possessing alcohol or illegal drugs while on duty.
– Any driver who violates this policy is subject to discipline, up to and including immediate termination.
If you believe a TC Brew Bus, LLC driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during your trip, or if you wish
to file any other complaint about your service, contact us:

Please include the date and time of your trip, the vehicle or tour, a description of the driver, and a description of
your concern.
– Upon receiving a zero tolerance complaint, TC Brew Bus, LLC will immediately suspend the driver from
providing transportation services pending investigation.
– The company will investigate every complaint and document the outcome.
– The driver will not be returned to duty unless the investigation does not substantiate the complaint.
Passengers may also direct complaints regarding passenger transportation to the Michigan Department of
Transportation.
