If you must cancel your trip for any reason, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled trip in order to cancel your bus reservation. Notification of less than 30 days will result in the forfeiture of your deposit(s). If you or any member of your group has COVID-19 or is unwell please notify us as soon as you can for cancellation. We do not offer refunds but will offer a credit for up to one calendar year towards a tour on a future date. Full payment is due at least 14 days before your tour date. Under 14 days notice there is no refund and you will be charged in full for the tour.

If weather prohibits your tour, and WE cancel, you receive a full refund. If you cancel due to weather you can receive a credit for a future tour for the same value.

Your tour includes 50 miles round trip. If the tour is over 50 miles additional charges will be charged, per bus:
0-50 miles: included
51-100 miles: $75 extra fee
101-150 miles: $150 extra fee
150+: quoted based on route

All tours over SIX (6) hours and any tours that end after 10pm will automatically be charged 20% on credit card if they are not tipped cash by the end of the tour. This guarantees our drivers are taken care of properly for staying out so late, we hope you understand!

We do not allow liquor onto or consumed on the bus. You may bring beer, wine and canned products but no hard liquor! Sorry!

SNOWSHOE, WINE & BREW POLICY

Tickets and rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE including Covid. If we cancel, you will get your money back and be fully refunded. Tickets are transferable with proof of ticket purchase or a credit for another date. Event is rain or shine, Snow or no snow. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your departure time.
